Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return selected item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Consumable
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you. You will receive within a certain number of days, depending on processing time.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
