This year, the Annual Malaysian Rehabilitation Medical Conference (AMRMC) marked its 15th anniversary with a grand event held in the beautiful state of Sabah. Known for its rich culture and beautiful natural landscapes, Sabah provided the perfect location for this conference. This year, 2024, the theme of AMRMC is “Empowering Self-Sufficiency through Diversity”. It attracted a huge crowd of participants, including therapists, doctors, industry experts, and representatives from leading medical companies across Malaysia. The event served as a hub of ideas and innovations, where professionals from various hospitals and clinics came together to explore the latest developments in rehabilitation medicine.
Over the years, AMRMC has not only facilitated the exchange of knowledge but has also become a vital platform for networking and collaboration among professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes in rehabilitation. Techcare Innovation Malaysia authorized distributor Profile Technology, proudly set up a booth at this year's AMRMC to showcase the Techcare latest rehabilitation products. The booth has attracted the attention of medical professionals, therapists, and industry leaders. The highlight of our showcase was the introduction of our flagship products – the FIBOD Digital Balance Board, the Hand Robotic Training Device, Interactive Light and the Driving Simulator. Our booth also let the visitors to try out these products with free. And our team will provide guidance while they are experiencing it
Highlights from the AMRMC 2024: Techcare's Engagement with Attendees
The Techcare booth and our innovative products attracted a constant stream of visitors. Although both the FIBOD Digital Balance Board (for balance training with precision) and the Hand Robotic Training Device (aid in hand rehabilitation) attracted lots of attention. However, our Driving Simulator was definitely the crowd favorites. It attracted lots of visitors to experience it.
Under the guidance of the Techcare team, many visitors had the opportunity to try out the Driving Simulator, experiencing how it can aid in the recovery of driving skills after neurological events like stroke or traumatic brain injury. Its application is able to help patients regain the skills necessary for independent driving.
One of the key moments of the event was the visit of Datuk Dr. Asits bin Sanna, the Director of Kesihatan Negeri Sabah, to our booth. Dr. Asits personally tried out our Driving Simulator and expressed his interest for the implementation and practicality of our products.
In addition to the Driving Simulator, our other products, such as the Interactive Light System, also attracted quite some attention. The Interactive Light System, designed to improve reaction time and cognitive processing, was demonstrated to visitors who were interested to understand its applications in both sports and rehabilitation. Our team took the time to explain the various features and benefits of our products, ensuring that every visitor left with a clear understanding of how these technologies can enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
